Halal Vanilla Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients:

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ cup unsalted butter (halal-certified)

1 cup sugar

2 eggs
-
½ cup milk
-
1 tsp vanilla extract (halal-certified)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.

Mix in flour and milk alternately until smooth.

Fill cupcake liners ¾ full and bake for 18–20 minutes.

Let cool and frost with buttercream made from halal butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
